Service Scope
Vehicle with Driver services are provided on a contract / tie-up basis for local travel, outstation trips, airport & railway transfers, corporate transport, events, and tour & travel requirements.
Service Availability
All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak seasons.
Vehicle Categories
Vehicles such as Hatchback, Sedan, SUV, Tempo Traveller, Luxury Cars, Bus, or Mini Bus are provided as per availability and customer request.
Tie-Up Based Operations
Vehicles are arranged through trusted and verified partner operators. The service provider acts as a facilitator for coordination and service management.
Vehicle Ownership
Karnavati Mobility Services does not own all vehicles. Vehicles are provided by third-party partner operators under contractual tie-up arrangements.
Driver Credentials
Drivers provided are experienced and background-verified by partner operators. Valid driving license and required documents are mandatory.
Vehicle Documentation
All vehicles are checked for basic documents such as RC, Insurance, PUC, and fitness before deployment. Final responsibility of vehicle documents rests with the vehicle owner.
Usage & Route
Vehicle usage, route, duration, and travel plan will be as per the agreed itinerary. Any change may attract additional charges.
Charges & Payments
Service charges will be applicable as per selected package or contract terms. Payment must be made in advance or as per agreed billing cycle.
Fuel, Toll & Parking
Fuel, toll charges, parking fees, interstate permits, state taxes, and traffic fines shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Working Hours & Overtime
Duty hours will be defined in advance. Extra usage beyond agreed hours or distance will be charged additionally.
Driver Conduct & Safety
Drivers are expected to maintain professional behavior and follow traffic rules. Alcohol consumption, drug use, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited during duty.
Accident, Breakdown & Liability
In case of accident, vehicle breakdown, or delay, vehicle insurance shall be primary. Karnavati Mobility Services shall not be liable for indirect losses and is responsible only for service coordination.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at short notice may attract cancellation charges as per company policy.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
The service provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of illegal use, unsafe conditions, non-payment, or customer misbehavior.
