Temporary Driver Services – Terms & Conditions
Service Duration
Temporary driver services are provided on an hourly, daily, weekly, or short-term basis, as per the customer’s requirement.
Driver Availability
Driver availability is subject to availability. During peak hours or emergencies, waiting time may apply.
Vehicle Ownership
The service will be provided using the customer’s own vehicle. The service provider does not own or provide the vehicle.
Valid Documents
The driver will hold a valid driving license and basic identification documents.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, PUC) are valid and up to date.
Fuel & Toll Charges
Fuel, toll, parking charges, state taxes, and traffic challans shall be borne by the customer.
Working Hours
Standard duty hours will be pre-defined. Additional charges will apply for extra working hours.
Driver Safety & Behaviour
The driver will maintain professional conduct and discipline. Consumption of alcohol or involvement in any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Accident & Damage Policy
In case of any accident, traffic violation, or vehicle damage, the vehicle’s insurance will be considered primary. The service provider is responsible only for providing the driver service.
Cancellation Policy
Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges.
Payment Terms
Service charges may be collected in advance or on an immediate payment basis.
Right to Refuse Service
The service provider reserves the right to refuse service in cases of illegal activity, unsafe vehicle condition, or customer misbehavior.
