Monthly / Contract Driver Services – Terms & Conditions
Service Duration
Monthly / Contract driver services are provided for a fixed period (monthly, quarterly, or as per agreed contract duration).
Driver Allocation
A dedicated driver will be assigned for the contract period, subject to availability. Replacement may be provided in case of leave or unavoidable circumstances
Working Hours
Duty hours will be fixed as per mutual agreement. Overtime beyond agreed hours will be charged additionally.
Vehicle Ownership
The vehicle used during the service will be owned by the customer. The service provider does not supply vehicles unless specifically agreed.
Driver Documents
The driver will possess a valid driving license and required identification documents.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer must ensure the vehicle has valid RC, Insurance, PUC, and is in roadworthy condition.
Salary & Payment Terms
Monthly service charges must be paid in advance or as per agreed billing cycle. Delay in payment may result in service suspension.
Fuel & Running Expenses
Fuel, tolls, parking fees, state taxes, fines, and other running expenses shall be borne by the customer
Leave & Holidays
Driver leave policy will be as per contract terms. Substitute driver may be provided subject to availability.
Driver Conduct & Safety
The driver will maintain professional behavior at all times. Alcohol consumption, drug use, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Accident, Damage & Liability
In case of accident, traffic violation, or vehicle damage, the vehicle insurance shall be primary. The service provider is responsible only for providing driver services.
Termination Policy
Either party may terminate the contract by giving prior notice as per agreed terms. Immediate termination may apply in case of misconduct or policy violation.
Service Refusal Rights
The service provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of illegal use, unsafe vehicle condition, or customer misbehavior.
