Event Driver Services – Terms & Conditions
Service Scope
Event Driver Services are provided for weddings, receptions, corporate events, parties, social functions, and other special occasions as per client requirements.
Service Duration
Services are offered for fixed hours, full-day, or for the duration of the event as mutually agreed in advance.
Driver Deployment
Trained and experienced drivers will be deployed as per event requirements. The number of drivers will depend on the size and nature of the event.
Vehicle Ownership
All vehicles used during the event remain the property of the guests/clients. The service provider does not own any vehicles.
Driver Credentials
Drivers possess valid driving licenses and necessary identification documents and are trained to handle vehicles safely.
Parking & Venue Arrangements
The client or event organizer must provide a safe and authorized parking area. The service provider is not responsible for parking space availability or security beyond the driver service.
Vehicle Handling & Safety
Drivers will handle vehicles carefully and follow all traffic and safety rules. Customers are advised not to leave valuables inside vehicles.
Accident, Damage & Liability
In case of any accident, theft, or vehicle damage, the vehicle insurance shall be considered primary. The service provider is responsible only for providing driver services.
Traffic Violations & Fines
Any traffic challans or penalties incurred during service shall be borne by the vehicle owner, except in cases of gross negligence by the driver.
Delays & Event Changes
Delays due to traffic, weather, crowd movement, or changes in the event schedule are beyond the control of the service provider.
Payment Terms
Service charges must be paid in advance or as per the agreed payment terms before the event starts.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at short notice or reduction in required drivers may attract cancellation charges as per company policy.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all required information in a timely manner and cooperate with drivers and staff for smooth operations.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
The service provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in case of unsafe conditions, illegal activities, non-payment, or client misbehavior.
