All bookings are made based on the information and approval provided by the client.

All services are subject to the availability, rules, and policies of the respective airlines, hotels, transport operators, and service providers.

Cancellation, modification, refund, no-show, and additional charges will be applicable as per the concerned service provider’s terms. Karnavati Mobility Services acts solely as a facilitator and shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service deficiencies caused by third-party providers.

 Service / convenience charges are non-refundable.
