In the event of any road accident, vehicle damage, injury, death, or third-party claim, Karnavati Mobility Services shall not be held directly or indirectly responsible or liable.

All such accidents, losses, damages, or claims shall be settled strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of the valid Motor Insurance policy of the concerned vehicle and the rules of the respective insurance company.

Karnavati Mobility Services only facilitates verified vehicles and trained drivers. Any insurance claim, compensation, legal liability, or financial responsibility arising from an accident shall lie solely with the vehicle owner and/or the insurance provider.

The company shall not be liable for any legal, financial, or consequential loss arising out of or related to any accident, subject to applicable motor vehicle and insurance laws.
