Scope of Services
Passport services include assistance with passport application, renewal, reissue, tracking, and related documentation. Our services are limited to guidance, document verification, and submission support.
Customer Responsibility
The customer must provide accurate and complete information and all required documents. Any delay or rejection due to incorrect or incomplete documents is the responsibility of the customer.
Service Limitations
Karnavati Mobility Services acts only as a facilitator and advisor for passport-related procedures. We are not a government authority and cannot guarantee the issuance of a passport or speed of processing.
Application Accuracy
Customers must ensure that all details in the passport application are correct. Any errors or discrepancies caused by the customer are their responsibility.
Processing Time
Processing time depends on government procedures and may vary. Karnavati Mobility Services is not responsible for delays caused by government authorities or external factors.
Payment Terms
Service charges must be paid as per the agreed payment terms. Government fees and additional charges are separate and must be borne by the customer.
Confidentiality
All personal and sensitive information shared by the customer will be kept confidential and used only for passport processing purposes.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If services are cancelled before submission, partial refund may be possible as per company policy. Once documents are submitted to government authorities, no refund will be provided.
Right to Refuse Service
The service provider reserves the right to refuse service in cases of incomplete documents, fraudulent information, or violation of legal requirements.
Liability
The service provider is responsible only for providing guidance and coordination. Any delays, rejections, or issues arising from government procedures are not the responsibility of the service provider.
