Valet Parking Driver Services Terms & Conditions
Service Scope
Valet Parking and Event Driver Services are provided for weddings, corporate events, parties, social functions, and other special occasions as per client requirements.
Service Duration
Services are offered for fixed hours, full-day, or event-based duration as mutually agreed in advance.
Driver Deployment
Trained and experienced drivers will be deployed for valet and event duties. The number of drivers will depend on event size and requirements.
Vehicle Ownership
All vehicles handled under valet or event services remain the property of the guests/clients. The service provider does not own the vehicles.
Driver Credentials
Drivers will hold valid driving licenses and basic identification documents and are trained to handle vehicles safely.
Parking Area Responsibility
The client/event organizer must provide a designated, safe, and authorized parking area. The service provider is not responsible for parking space availability or security arrangements beyond driver service.
Vehicle Handling & Safety
Drivers will handle vehicles with care and follow standard safety procedures. Valuables should not be left inside vehicles.
Accident, Damage & Liability
In case of any accident, theft, or damage, the vehicle’s insurance shall be primary. The service provider is responsible only for providing valet/driver services and not for indirect or consequential losses.
Traffic Violations & Fines
Any traffic challans or penalties incurred during the service period shall be borne by the vehicle owner unless caused by gross negligence.
Event Delays & Operational Changes
Delays due to traffic, weather, crowd movement, or changes in event schedule shall not be the responsibility of the service provider.
Payment Terms
Service charges must be paid in advance or as per the agreed payment terms before service commencement.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at short notice may attract cancellation charges as per company policy.
Client Responsibilities
The client must ensure valid vehicle documents and cooperate with drivers and staff for smooth operations.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
The service provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in case of unsafe conditions, illegal activities, non-payment, or client misbehavior.
