Service Description
This service is designed for guests who arrive using their own vehicle and depart by flight or train. Our driver will safely drive the guest’s vehicle to a designated location or the guest’s city/state as agreed, or pick up and deliver the vehicle as per instructions.
Scope of Service
The service includes vehicle pickup, safe driving, delivery to the agreed destination, and basic vehicle handling as pre-confirmed.
Vehicle Ownership
The vehicle remains the sole property of the guest/customer. Karnavati Mobility Services does not own the vehicle and provides only driver services.
Driver Credentials
Drivers are experienced and hold a valid driving license along with required identification documents.
Vehicle Documentation
The customer must provide valid vehicle documents including RC, Insurance, PUC, and applicable permits for interstate travel.

Fuel, toll charges, parking fees, state taxes, permits, and traffic fines shall be borne by the customer.

Travel Route & Schedule
The travel route, timing, and drop location must be pre-decided. Any deviation or change may attract additional charges.
Vehicle Condition
The existing condition of the vehicle (such as dents, scratches, mileage) may be noted at the time of pickup. Customers are requested to hand over the vehicle in good working condition.
Accident, Damage & Liability
In case of any accident, traffic violation, or vehicle damage, the vehicle insurance shall be considered primary. The service provider is responsible only for providing driver services.
Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
Delays due to traffic, weather conditions, mechanical issues, or government regulations shall not be the responsibility of the service provider.
Payment Terms
Service charges must be paid in advance or as per agreed payment terms before service commencement.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at short notice may attract cancellation charges as per company policy.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
The service provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the service in cases of illegal activity, unsafe vehicle condition, incomplete documentation, or customer misbehavior.
