Outstation Driver Services – Terms & Conditions
Service Scope
Outstation driver services are provided for travel outside the local city limits, as per the customer’s travel plan and destination.
Service Duration
Services may be provided on a per-trip, daily, or short-term basis, depending on the travel requirement.
Driver Availability
Driver allocation is subject to availability. In peak seasons or emergencies, waiting time may apply.
Valid Documents
The service will be provided using the customer’s own vehicle unless otherwise agreed in writing. The service provider does not supply the vehicle.
Vehicle Ownership
The driver will carry a valid driving license and necessary identification documents.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer must ensure that the vehicle has valid RC, Insurance, PUC, and is in roadworthy condition for outstation travel.
Fuel, Toll & Travel Expenses
Fuel, toll charges, parking fees, state taxes, permits, and traffic fines shall be borne by the customer.
Driver Duty Hours
Daily duty hours and night halt conditions will be defined in advance. Extra hours or additional days will be chargeable.
Driver Stay & Meals
For overnight or multi-day trips, accommodation and meals for the driver shall be provided or reimbursed by the customer.
Driver Conduct & Safety
The driver will maintain professional conduct and follow all traffic rules. Alcohol consumption, drug use, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited during duty.
Accident, Damage & Liability
In the event of an accident, vehicle damage, or traffic violation, the vehicle insurance shall be primary. The service provider is responsible only for providing the driver service.
Route & Schedule Changes
Any changes in route, destination, or travel schedule may result in additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at short notice may attract cancellation charges.
Payment Terms
Service charges must be paid in advance or as per the agreed payment terms before the commencement of the trip.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
The service provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the service in case of illegal activity, unsafe vehicle condition, or customer misbehavior.
