Corporate Mobility Services – Terms & Conditions
Scope of Services
Corporate Mobility Services are provided to companies, offices, industries, and institutions based on their transportation and driver requirements.
Service Duration
Services may be offered on a daily, monthly, or contract basis, as mutually agreed.
Driver Deployment
Trained and verified drivers will be assigned as per the client’s requirements. Replacement drivers may be provided when necessary, subject to availability.
Working Hours & Shifts
Duty hours, shift timings, and overtime terms will be pre-defined. Additional charges will apply for work beyond agreed hours.
Vehicle Ownership
The vehicle shall be owned by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. The service provider is responsible only for providing driver and mobility support services.
Vehicle Documentation
The client must ensure that all vehicle documents, including RC, Insurance, PUC, and Fitness Certificates, are valid and up to date.
Payment Terms
Service charges must be paid as per the agreed billing cycle, either in advance or within the defined payment period. Delayed payments may result in service suspension.
Fuel & Operating Expenses
Fuel, tolls, parking charges, state taxes, fines, and all other operating expenses shall be borne by the client.
Driver Conduct
Drivers shall maintain professional behavior at all times. Consumption of alcohol, drugs, smoking during duty, or involvement in any illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
Safety & Confidentiality
Drivers will follow the client’s safety policies and maintain confidentiality of company, staff, and operational information.
Accident, Damage & Liability
In case of any accident, traffic violation, or vehicle damage, the vehicle insurance shall be considered primary. The service provider is responsible only for providing driver services.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service by providing prior notice as per agreed terms. Immediate termination may apply in case of misconduct or policy violation.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
The service provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in cases of illegal activity, unsafe vehicle condition, or client misbehavior.
