While using our services, it is mandatory to follow the rules and regulations mentioned below:

• Service Scope

We provide on-call, hourly, daily, monthly, outstation, corporate, and valet driver services.

Driver availability depends on location, time, and business requirements.

The company reserves the right to accept or reject any booking.

• Booking & Payment Terms

A driver will be dispatched only after the booking is confirmed.

Advance or full payment may apply depending on the type of service.

Late payments may attract additional charges.

Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the service timing.

• Driver Responsibilities

The driver must have a valid driving license, ID proof, and police verification.

The driver shall not consume alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances during duty hours.

The driver must follow all traffic rules and safety norms.

Respectful and professional behavior towards the client is mandatory.

• Client Responsibilities

The client must provide correct pickup, drop, and timing details.

The client shall not ask the driver to perform illegal, unsafe, or personal tasks.

Misbehavior, abuse, or force against the driver is strictly prohibited.

The vehicle must have valid documents and insurance.

• Vehicle & Damage Policy

Any accident, damage, or emergency must be reported to the company immediately.

Traffic challans or violations caused due to the driver’s fault will be the driver’s responsibility.

Use of the vehicle for any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

• Safety & Emergency

In any emergency situation, human safety will be the highest priority.

The driver must immediately inform the police, ambulance, or company helpline.

The company will make every possible effort to provide emergency support.

• Liability Disclaimer

Karnavati Mobility Services is only a driver service provider.

The company shall not be directly liable for any loss, delay, accident, or indirect damage.

The company is not responsible for any personal dispute between the driver and the client.

• Service Termination

Services may be terminated immediately in case of misconduct, fake documents, repeated complaints, or alcohol/drug use.

The company reserves the right to suspend or cancel any service without prior notice.

• Legal & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to Gujarat jurisdiction only.

All decisions of the company shall be final and binding.
