- ⚖️ Limitation of Liability
Karnavati Mobility’s liability is strictly limited to professional vehicle custody and duty execution as defined under this SOP.
The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of time, or financial loss arising beyond documented procedures.
